Finding the right crew is hard, well not hard but it’s not easy. They’re always too something. Too green, too experienced, too quiet, too loud, too old, too young - Anyway.

We’re making recruitment easy. We place good crew on good boats, simple as that. No rockstar deckies that could “park the boat better than the Captain”. No Stewies who pose for photos with the boat, claiming they own it. And certainly, no rotational engineers who go on about not having enough time off. Nope, we only do Roosters.
